» NEBULAR CULTURE & TECHNOLOGY.
culture and technology.

With the Earth’s new home came new technology. Cities have implemented the use of magnetic hoverstruts for building suspension and transportation. Cars no longer require fuel, just a gentle push in the right direction, and electricity is sustained by the nebula surrounding the planet. Most transportation is by mag-rail or hoverboards and hoverbikes; it is rare for anyone but companies and large families to own their own vehicles. Inter-nebular travel is facilitated by specially regulated gaps in space-time, watched over by INRAT (see character pages for more information on them).

While burlesquers and space cowboys are essential members of the entertainment industry, other forms of diversion still exist. Though Hollywood geographically no longer exists, its spirit lives on. Philadelphia, PA is the new entertainment capital of the US and Central City is affectionately known as Fauxlywood. Football, baseball, and soccer are still fairly popular, though some rules have changed to better adapt the sports to the world as it is now. And finally, aside from the popularity of certain genres has fluctuating in the past 200 years, the music industry is still just as greedy and glamorous as ever.

MORE TO BE ADDED AS THE GAME PROGRESSES.
